By booking a class or buying a voucher, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Dietary Requirements
Please advise us of any special dietary requirements as soon as you receive your booking confirmation, and no later than 7 days before your event. Please contact Rachel on 07867 631 877 to advise us of any special dietary requirements or allergies.
Payment
Full payment is required to secure any places on our events. Booking confirmation will be provided on receipt of payment. Places are booked on a first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of credit card validation. On booking and paying for a class(es) you will receive confirmation by email or post. If paid via card, you will also receive an electronic receipt.
Vouchers
All vouchers will be supplied with a use by date of 6 months at the time of issue. During these 6 months, a booking must be made or the voucher will be deemed invalid. The purchase of a voucher enables you to book a selection and option of dates but does not guarantee the availability of any class. However, we will do our best to facilitate your initial request. A date will not be deemed to be booked until confirmed by us in writing. Voucher purchases are non-refundable. Once issued, Gift Vouchers are your responsibility. The gift voucher(s) will be posted to the address supplied by you. Gift vouchers are redeemed by telephoning Rachel on 07867 631 877 to select the class(es) of choice. It will be necessary to supply the gift voucher number when doing this.
Cancellation of Classes
Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, in the likelihood that you cannot make your event, please let us know at your earliest convience and we will endeavour to book you onto a future event as space becomes available.
However, within 3 days of your event, we are unable to facilitate change. Although if you inform us, you may be able to give your voucher to someone else to use in your absence.
Late Arrivals
Please note that all our classes have start and finish times. Therefore, any late arrivals will result in missing some of the content of the class.
Health and Safety
Personal loss, injury, damage, neglect or involvement to or by you and any other class attendee will not be the liability of Jenny Bristow Limited. Due to health and safety risk, children under the age of 16 cannot attend a Jenny Bristow Cookery School Experience.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned and licensed to Jenny Bristow Limited. Any use of this website or its contents, logos, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, noncommercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Jenny Bristow Limited. You may not modify, distribute anything on this website for any purpose.
